My goal is to not only provide you relief from your symptoms, but to help discover the root cause and imbalance that led to the symptom. My care and treatment of you is truly holistic. I am committed to helping you achieve your optimum health.

Initial Visit

Prior to the initial visit, you will be asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire. To download necessary forms click HERE. During the initial visit, a complete medical history is taken. We will talk about your current concerns as well as review total body functioning and past medical history. I will review any relevant lab work and test results if indicated. We will discuss diet, exercise and lifestyle. I will conduct an exam that will include Traditional Chinese modalities such as Tongue and Pulse diagnosis. I will then make a diagnosis based on a Natural Health/Chinese Medicine Model and discuss a treatment plan with you. The first visit usually takes 1-2 hours and includes an acupuncture treatment. The cost is $190.00.

Follow Up Treatments

At a follow up treatment, we will review your progress and any new concerns and do an acupuncture treatment. Follow up treatments usually take 1-1½ hours and the cost is $90.00. In addition to acupuncture, your treatment may include other traditional modalities such as cupping, gua sha and moxibustion. There is no additional charge for these services.

Lab Testing

Sometimes additional information is needed to properly diagnosis the root cause of your health concerns. Lab testing may be recommended. This may include stool testing for a GI analysis, saliva testing for adrenal and hormonal function, and blood work for blood chemistry analysis. There may be an additional charge paid to the lab for their services and will depend on the type of testing performed and your insurance coverage. There is no additional charge for laboratory analysis and consultation.
